Many change and transformation initiatives fail not because the strategy is wrong, but because leaders underestimate the complexity of communication, engagement, and behavioural change. Thrive Business Consulting supports organisations navigating growth, transformation, and complex change by getting the people side right. We do this by working directly with senior leaders to ensure change is adopted, embedded, and delivering measurable business outcomes — often stepping in on a fractional or interim basis when additional senior capacity is needed.

I’m a senior change, communications, and engagement leader with over 25 years’ experience working closely with boards and executive leadership teams.

I’ve led the people and communications agenda for large-scale transformation programmes across global organisations including Vodafone, Sky, BT, Liberty Specialty Markets, LexisNexis, Pearson, and Zurich. Much of my work has been in interim, fractional, and advisory roles, stepping in when initiatives were at risk, stakeholder alignment was breaking down, or leadership teams needed experienced support under pressure.
